EMPLOI SERVICE PREVENTIVE POLICY ON ALCOHOOL AND DRUGS CONSOMPTION AT WORK
EMPLOI SERVICE would like to offer a healthy and enjoyable working environment to its personnel. To this effect, it recognizes that it is forced to maintain a healthier environment and commit itself to take preventive measures and apply the needed corrective ones in order to protect and promote the health and safety of its employees, customers and the public in general.
It is well known that the consumption of alcohol or drugs can have harmful effects on health, safety, and well-being of an employee or people surrounding him/her, and greatly reduce his/her working performance.
So:
It is forbidden for any employee to consume, use, distribute, or sell any type of drugs or alcohol what-soever form it might be, in EMPLOI SERVICE premises, on the sites, to the customer, in its vehicle, or any other vehicle used for the company purposes.
It is prohibited for any permanent or hired employee to go to the working place after consuming drugs and alcohol having an impact on his/her working capacities.
If an employee must take medical drugs prescribed by an authorized medical doctor, those drugs should not stop him for rightly fulfilling his/her duties. In that case, the said employee should re- ceive a medical rest.
The employee that will go against the provisions of this policy will be severely sanctioned, including his/her dismissal. And all those information will be registered in he/her file.
But, the consumption of alcohol during social and other events organized by the company is au- thorized if approved by the General Manager. As such, a written and signed approval should be obtained in order to ensure that the consumption of alcohol does not go against the present policy.
All permanent or hired employees must abide by this policy. If an employee notices a change in a colleague behavior supposing that he/she is under drugs or alcohol effects, he/she must immedi- ately report that to its direct hierarchy and/or to the Head of Human Resources Department at the Headquarter.

Now that the global warning and energy shortage are increasing, EMPLOI SERVICE has enhanced its awareness towards for years. This is how we set environmental issues at the middle of our professional life.
So, I’m aware that EMPLOI SERVICE activities create environmental impacts . But, i wish that we greatly reduce their negative effects.
As I’m aware of those negative impacts, my concern is to reinforce our environment policy through the fol-lowing three main orientations:
